The six day, five night retreats are set in the breathtaking settings of the Purnati resort, a spiritual haven situated in the heart of the Ubud countryside and at the Kumara Sakti, a luxurious home to a Royal Balinese family overlooking the lush rice paddies in Ubud.
With the chance to practice rejuvenating yoga based on Indian and Ayuvedic philosophy you’ll experience deep inner healing meditation, be indulged with restorative treatments such as Reiki and Ayurvedic treatments and decadent and spoiling spa treatments such as lymphatic massages spa treatments. They also offer Reiki and Intuitive readings.

About Sue
Sue has 27 years of yoga under her belt. Originally working in the film industry in her hometown of Sydney, she discovered yoga as a way of helping to start or end her busy day. She is well known in Byron Bay and across Australia for her inspirational yoga teaching.

She learnt Iyengar for 8 years under Caroline Coggins, then completed her training in Ashtanga in 1997 with Louisa Sear then traveling to India to deepen her understanding of Ashtanga with Internationally renowned BNS Iyengar.
The ultimate Worldette, Sue has been visiting Bali for 30 years. She is married with one child Jasmine, 7, who she adopted from China when she was 47.
With a focus on healing and pampering participants of all levels of experience are welcome. Up to 16 guests are treated to the expertise and guidance of Sue, who treats each person individually and personally guides them to an enlightening yogic experience.
Hand picked facilitators offer Yoga assistance, guided chakra visualization, Pilates, body toning, chanting, yoga nidra, spa treatments, Ayurveda treatments (remedial, kahuna and lymphatic massages, colonic hydrotherapy and naturopathic consultations are offered in the Byron Bay retreats).
